Keepit is a cloud-to-cloud backup service provider. Our platform aims to provide our customers with an immutable historical archive of their primary data in systems such as Microsoft 365, GSuite, Salesforce and Dynamics to protect them from ransomware to simple accidents.
Most back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using purpose-built components and the STL. Several components that deal with business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp.
Everything runs on Linux, on the servers that our people run. Our service operates from data center locations in Washington, Sydney, Copenhagen, Frankfurt and London.
The infrastructure mainly consists of Ubuntu and Debian Linux servers and Dell data center switches. A 24/7 operations team manages the day-to-day operations, performs maintenance and deploys new software releases.

You will participate in a 24/7 operations team that operates, monitors, maintains and troubleshoots our global cloud service operations. Our focus is on ensuring reliable and predictable operations.
You will work 40 hours per week on a shift schedule. The working week is four days of 10 hours, then three days off. As you are part of a 24/7 operations team, you should expect to sometimes work on holidays, but you can always trade shifts with your colleagues.
