Employee Relations and Engagement
As a Senior Human Resources Coordinator, it is crucial that you have trustful and lasting relations with Keepers. We care about all our team members so that they can care about our customers and develop the best product. As one of the priorities, you will work to form strong relationships with everyone to feel employee engagement, maintain satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.
As the leader of Talent Development, you’ll own the Development project, utilizing the tools and information you need to identify and develop the needed skills. Part of your role will be to act as coach and mentor, empowering every Keeper to see and follow their personal goals. You’ll also cooperate closely with the Team Leads and Managers to aid everyone in the process of constant improvement.
Human Resources Coordination
As an experienced Human Resources Generalist, you’ll lead and motivate your team, set the high standards in HR, review and develop processes for constant improvement. With an open communication and credible decision making, you’ll make sure that every Keeper has all required to deliver the best service and even more. You’ll also balance commercial, business goals in your leadership, with a fair and human-oriented outlook. You will help us nurture excellent conditions for all the individual teams at Keepit to perform at the best of their abilities. Thus, we are looking for a candidate who is good at identifying what teams need to strengthen their performance and motivation. An educational background in Human Resource Management or the like would be an advantage.
Influencer in the company
Also, we see a need to have a positive influencer, who is able to feel and maintain the atmosphere, to create positive vibes while communicating news and sharing ideas. It means you can be an informal leader and motivate people.
Your daily tasks and responsibilities:
— Training of HR team to meet the high expectations of the company
— Facilitating the training happening in the company
— Develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
— Foreseeing and taking care of the employees and business needs
— Taking part in the On-Boarding and Off-Boarding, both the talks with the managers and employees and analysis afterwards
— Designing and improvement of On-Boarding and Off-Boarding process and making it a great experience for everyone
— Surveys and dialogues with the managers and Keepers to check the health of the company
— Creating reports and analysis based on our HR system BambooHR and on surveys

Interdisciplinary collaboration: We are looking for someone who knows how to collaborate with everyone in the organization. This means making sure the HR department works closely with management and is a trusted partner in the organization. You will be working with a team of 5 people in Ukraine, including our Recruiters, the HR Coordinator, and with our colleagues in Copenhagen. Furthermore, collaboration with our team in Copenhagen is a big part of the job, so you must be comfortable with virtual collaboration.
Language: We use English as our preferred language and being fluent in English both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
