— Keepit is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Lviv, Ukraine

KEEPIT is a fast-growing scale-up within the field of IT and data protection. Our mission is to help companies around the world protect their SaaS cloud data. Our team is both academically and culturally diverse, and we have 30+ nationalities working together to promote trust and security in a world impacted by rapid digital transformation.

Creating an engaging work culture that facilitates great collaboration in all areas of the organization is crucial for us to achieve our long term goals as a company. We need to be able to continuously learn from each other to break down silos, building the best possible software and service for our customers.

As an HR Coordinator at Keepit you will:
· Coordinate initiatives to improve working conditions, build relationships and facilitate collaboration across the organization.
· Identify the need for onboarding, offboarding, coaching and establishing opportunities for employee professional development.
· Oversee administrative HR processes.

Our Lviv office is located on the 2nd floor at Lychakivska, 33a, not far from the city centre. We take pride in our multicultural, committed, and pleasant start-up atmosphere at the office, which brings together people with many different backgrounds and skillsets.

1. Building the best conditions for high performing teams: As an HR Coordinator, you will help us nurture excellent conditions for all the individual teams at Keepit to perform at the best of their abilities. Thus, we are looking for a candidate who is good at identifying what teams need to strengthen their performance and motivation. An educational background in Human Resource Management or the like would be an advantage.

2. HR administration: As an HR Coordinator you will have the administrative overview of personnel in cooperation with our Office Assistant. This entails running administrative processes such as setting up personnel profiles, bank accounts and helping with legal documents such as contracts.

3. Interdisciplinary collaboration: We are looking for someone who knows how to collaborate with everyone in the organization. This means making sure the HR department works closely with management and is a trusted partner in the organization. You will be working with a team of 2 people in Ukraine, including our General Office Manager, the Office Manager, and with our colleagues in Copenhagen. Furthermore, collaboration with our team in Copenhagen is a big part of the job, so you must be comfortable with virtual collaboration.

4. Language: We use English as our preferred language and being fluent in English both written and spoken is essential for this role.

5. Start-up environment: We are passionate about our cloud SaaS backup and recovery solution, which we believe can solve a very important data security challenge for many companies and individuals.
