Your strategic focus will be

· Talent sourcing and headhunting
· Keeping the culture and atmosphere in the company
· HR branding and communications together with our Marketing Department

You will have the following, non-comprehensive, list of tasks:
· Working as a part of International Recruiting Team
· Tracking and Reporting statistics
· Screening, sourcing and analyzing local IT market, considering new trended technologies
· Writing job descriptions
· Searching for new talents
· Conducting phone and in-person interviews
· Use behaviour profiles, tests, responses, and more
· Cooperation with recruiting agencies
· Creating the candidates’ database of previous and potential candidates
· Providing feedback after the interviews
· Owning HR branding projects
