As an Engagement Manager, you are going to work with client companies from various business spheres, such as media, education, consulting, financial services, e-commerce etc.
It is a brand-new vacancy for us, and we expect this person to perform the role of a bridge between the sales team and our developers. The expected result is the documentation on the project. A signed agreement for the development will also serve as a proof of a well-developed proposal and properly organized communication with the client, so it is also a very important aspect.
The Project Management Office in our company has been established quite recently, and lots of processes and papers and not documented yet. Therefore, there might be some difficulties with sales, PM, and development teams until we find the optimal way to regulate the collaboration.
