Product Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our R&D direction and help develop and scale new MCP-based product initiatives. We already have successful launches in this space, with one of our MCP apps reaching Trending in Claude Connectors.

It’s a hands-on role: the team is small, so you’ll run discovery, do your own research, and build your own presentations. More R&D initiatives may come up as we grow.

This is a full-time position; part-time arrangements can be discussed for a strong match.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a clear track record in product discovery — validating ideas before scaling them, not managing an already-established product
• Solid understanding of the core product framework: acquisition, retention, monetization — you can explain, in depth, how you’d build each one for a specific product
• Experience running your own user and stakeholder interviews and competitor research
• Strong ability to turn raw research into a clear, structured narrative — you’ll present your findings yourself, often to clients directly
• Comfortable with hands-on product work: this role combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with the confidence to present and answer questions live on client calls

Nice to have:

• Experience in an outsourcing or consulting environment
• Background working on early-stage or 0 → 1 products

Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery, including defining and validating the ideal customer profile (ICP), from initial hypotheses to a validated direction.
• Run interviews with users and stakeholders, and conduct competitor research
• Define how the product will approach acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Prepare and deliver presentations of findings, in English, to internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with developers, designers, and R&D leadership
• Own initiatives end-to-end and stay hands-on throughout the process, from research to validation.
