Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech)

We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience recruiting non-tech professionals. This pivotal team member role is integral to our success, and your expertise in identifying and securing exceptional candidates will be a critical factor in our continued growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the mass hiring process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
• Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to manage their expectations and ensure success effectively

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in conducting competency-based interviews
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles
• Strong knowledge of standard human resources practices
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper — Intermediate English
• Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution
• High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling
• Experience in working with an international organisation with competing priorities.
