We are inviting you, a highly motivated and results-oriented System Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop internal infrastructure
- Evaluate system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum efficiency, security, and uptime
- Administer and support virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox) and storage solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and wireless controllers
- Implement and maintain system security measures, including access controls, patch management, and backups
- Improve automation and streamline system administration workflows using scripting and configuration management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and evaluate new technologies to enhance system performance
Requirements
- 4+ years in Linux/Unix system administration
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, routing, switching)
- Experience with MDM solutions for Windows and MacOS
- Skilled in monitoring, logging, and backup/recovery solutions
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible or similar)
- Familiarity with Docker
- Intermediate level of English or higher
Will be a plus
- Experience with Windows server administration (Active Directory, Terminal Services, GPO)
- Practical experience with high-availability and clustering services
- Atlassian product administration skills
- Ability to configure Jira for business processes (HR onboarding/offboarding, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
