Talent Acquisition Specialist (Relocation to Cyprus)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive international hiring strategies and attract top talent across these regions.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on international hiring, you will help shape JustMarkets’ team by finding and hiring top talent from MENA and SSA. This role requires a deep understanding of local talent markets, cultural nuances, and the ability to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across MENA and SSA, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers
  • Leverage various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking, partnerships with local institutions) to identify and engage top talents
  • Build a strong talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide them with strategic advice on candidate profiles, market conditions, and the recruitment process
  • Promote JustMarkets’ employer brand across key regions, ensuring we are positioned as an employer of choice by building relationships with local talent communities, universities, and other networks

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on international hiring, preferably in the MENA and SSA regions
  • Strong understanding of talent markets, cultural nuances, and hiring trends in MENA and SSA
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to navigate and adapt recruitment strategies to various cultural contexts and hiring practices
