Senior Operations Manager

We are inviting you, a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Operations Manager to strategically lead the operations team by driving the adoption of Lean practices, ensuring alignment of operational goals with organizational objectives, and building a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically lead and direct the operations team to achieve organizational goals
• Drive the adoption of Lean practices to enhance efficiency and quality across the department
• Oversee complex projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
• Conduct performance reviews and implement workforce optimization strategies
• Collaborate with leadership to set and align strategic goals with business priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior operational role with expertise in Lean systems and project management
• Mandatory experience in applying or implementing Lean methodology in work
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
• Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance in financial operations
• Hands-on experience in operational budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and process improvement frameworks
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business tools
• High precision in analyzing large data sets and producing accurate financial reports
• Strong interpersonal abilities to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization
