Product Manager (Mobile and Trading)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Mobile & Trading) who will take ownership of our mobile trading platforms and trading product suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CFD and forex markets, extensive experience in mobile product management, and a proven track record of driving significant business growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our mobile and trading products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and position us ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities

— Develop and implement a strategic vision for our mobile and trading products that aligns with the company’s rapid growth objectives

— Lead the development and enhancement of mobile trading platforms, integrating advanced trading functionalities and user-centric designs

— Collaborate with engineering, design, and trading teams to deliver seamless and high-performing mobile experiences

— Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies

— Gather and analyse customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and innovation

— Improve the user experience by creating simple and user-friendly UI/UX designs and features that boost trader engagement and satisfaction

— Utilise analytics and A/B testing to continuously refine and optimise the mobile and trading products

— Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on company growth

— Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and increased trading activity through mobile platforms

— Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards

— Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment on product goals

— Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of product milestones

— Prioritise product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and market demands

Requirements

— At least 5 years of product management experience, with 2 years in mobile applications and trading platforms within the financial services industry

— Deep understanding of forex, CFDs, and the needs of retail traders

— Proven track record of driving significant growth and delivering successful mobile and trading products in the CFD or forex markets

— Strong proficiency in product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira)

— Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions

— Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams

— Outstanding communication and presentation skills

— Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset

— Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional qualifications is a plus

— Fluent or at least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
