We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to strengthen our team, who will be responsible for managing all tasks within the department, coordinating work, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and developing strategies to achieve set goals.

Responsibilities:
- Managing tasks within the marketing department;
- Analysis of all marketing metrics;
- Communication with both the marketing department employees and all company employees;
- Assigning tasks to developers and monitoring their implementation.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the position of Project Manager, Account Manager or Digital marketer from 2 years: in agencies or in-house;
- Ability to determine business needs, create marketing strategies;
- Knowledge of the features of the main digital marketing channels — SEO, PPC, SMM;
- Confident use of analytical tools and conducting advertising campaigns: Google Analytics and others;
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, Ahrefs, Similarweb, Google Search Console;
- Ability to process a large volume of data in Excel or Google spreadsheets;
- Experience working in Jira;
- Advanced negotiation skills, the use of various “negotiating levers”;
- Advanced English level both verbal and written.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the FinTech field;
- Experience interacting with remote/foreign employees. Innovation, web and multimedia savvy;
- Constantly improve yourself through self-education and self-development;
- Ability to collaborate productively with other team members.
