We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Chief Commercial Officer to develop and execute commercial strategies. This individual will be responsible for overseeing sales, business development, marketing, and product development, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.

— Formulate and execute global commercial strategies to secure and enhance the company’s market position;
— Provide dynamic leadership to the commercial team, ensuring synergy between various departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development);
— Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue and profitability;
— Collaborate with the finance team to ensure strategic pricing, budget management, and revenue optimization;
— Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to surpass targets, enhancing global brand recognition and penetration in key markets;
— Develop and oversee a strategic marketing plan that includes digital campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives;
— Implement initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction across all touchpoints and platforms;
— Build and maintain key customer relationships and oversee a CRM system that fosters client loyalty and retention;
— Work in conjunction with the product team to ensure offerings are innovative, competitive, and attuned to client needs;
— Support the creation of technology platforms that enhance user experience and ensure adherence to regulatory standards;
— Ensure all commercial activities and product offerings are in strict compliance with global regulatory standards;
— Work alongside Legal and Compliance teams to minimize commercial and regulatory risks;
— Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with corporate strategic objectives;
— Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, regulatory entities, and industry peers.
— Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in commercial roles, with a demonstrated track record in financial trading sector internationally;
— Extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management, and customer experience within a technologically driven trading environment;
— Demonstrated leadership in managing comprehensive commercial functions; preferably in the Financial industry;
— Ability to design and implement robust commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives;
— Proficient in discerning customer needs and formulating customer-oriented strategies;
— Solid understanding of global financial regulations pertinent;
— Robust data analysis skills to inform decision-making and strategy formulation;
— Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills;
— Advanced English level both verbal and written is must;
— Willingness to work from Cyprus;
— MBA or other related post-graduate qualifications are preferred.
