About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary leader to incubate and scale new AI-driven business opportunities. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work alongside the CEO and senior leadership to identify, develop, and deliver the next $100M growth opportunity. This role demands proven experience launching products, optimizing digital workflows, and driving user conversion—leveraging Lean Startup methodologies in entrepreneurial environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, prioritize, and evaluate new ideas based on market, revenue, and EBITDA potential.
• Drive innovation through rapid concept testing, leveraging Lean Startup principles.
• Collaborate with customer research and data analytics teams to align opportunities with user needs.
• Define product requirements for MVPs and enhancements.
• Build, manage, and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Maximize execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in digital product strategy and growth.
• Proven track record incubating products from concept to launch with measurable financial impact.
• Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
• Expertise in rapid testing, customer delight, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Computer Science background a plus.
