Requirements:
- 1+ years of helpdesk or tech support experience
- Knowledge of core Active Directory services, Remote Desktop Services, and remote assistance tools
- Understanding Networking and Routing
- Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills to interact with other teams and balance multiple projects
- Pre-Intermediate English level or higher
- Knowledge of Linux administration will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems/Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — would be a plus;
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for employees
- Purchase IT related items and licenses; manage equipment and licenses in asset tracking database
- Coordinate the computer and system account setup for and breakdown for employees and contractors
- Manage email distributions changes and company communication regarding IT-related matters
