We are looking for smart, curious, and ready-to-learn Trainee Recruiter to participate in our program. You will get the opportunity to learn new things with the support of our highly qualified mentors and a chance to join our team as a Junior specialist in case of successful completion of the program.
— 8 weeks.
— Specifics of the recruiter’s role on the IT market and how IT companies work
— How to search for candidates through a variety of sources using different tools and techniques
— How to conduct screening and choose suitable candidates according to vacancy requirements
— How to communicate and cooperate with different departments within the product company
— How to lead and support the candidate through the full candidate’s life cycle
— How to work with and maintain data in our Applicant Tracking System
— Take part in recruitment-related researches and events.
We’re looking for someone with:
— Desire to work as IT Sources/Recruiter and readiness to learn
— Basic understanding of the IT terminology
— Good communication and organization skills
— At least an upper-intermediate level of English
— Ability to work full time
— Enthusiastic, open-minded, and flexible.
As a plus:
— Completed (or in progress) recruitment courses
— Work experience as a Researcher/Recruiter/HR, not necessarily in IT.
