You will play a vital role to accelerate Jooble growth by providing a robust lead-generation tool across our markets. Your mission will be to set up a continuous lead-generation process.


— 1+ years of experience as a Project/Product Manager
— Analytical mindset and a strong business understanding
— Experience in analyzing data to provide insights to support business development.
— Proactivity, willingness to take responsibility for the result and highly developed skills in interpersonal communication.
— Self-driven, capable of acting fast on any requests, and continuously want to find better solutions.
— Documentation, presentation and organizational skills.
— Continuous learner mindset.
— English is not lower than В1.

— Analyze and diagnose the existing lead generation process, identify priorities and bottlenecks.
— Developing vision, strategy for lead generation process, and the execution of it.
— Designing a lead generation process of finding the potential clients that are a good fit for the current product and its capabilities.
— Internal process optimization and control.
— Close collaboration with the sales team.
— Being the go-to-person who facilitates collaboration between cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
— Data integration with various internal systems.
— Experience working with lead generation or working with outbound sales is a big plus.
