We are looking Senior Link Building to complement our SEO team and help us improve the quality of our product by working with Search Engine Optimisation.

Requirement:
— Experience in building processes for obtaining high-quality backlinks.
— Experience in organising training for link builders.
— Successful cases of building a powerful link profile on Western projects.
— Deep knowledge and understanding of the principles of SEO and the work of search engines, be aware of all the innovations in link building and SEO.
— Knowledge of all metrics and nuances in the selection and analysis of sites for placing links.
— Extensive experience with Ahrefs, Majestic, SemRush, SimilarWeb.
— Consistency and consistency, analytical mindset.
— Ability to independently analyse information and make decisions.
— A creative thinker willing to find unconventional ways to generate links.
— Ability to analyse and lay out the strategy for creating a link profile of competitors.
— Ability to draw up and implement a long-term and short-term strategy for building an effective link profile.

Responsibilities:
— Creation and implementation of link building strategies for promoted projects.
— Creation and improvement of interaction processes between SEO specialists, outreach team and copywriters.
— Creation and improvement of processes for training specialists, development of their professional skills.
— Ensuring the implementation of plans and KPIs.
— Creation of verification processes and ensuring the quality of work of specialists.
— Reporting and analysis of the results.
— Search and improvement of current ways of building a link profile: generating hypotheses, conducting tests, creating a process.
— Active participation in the development of automation of the processes of accounting and analysis of the link profile.
— Building interaction processes with the PR team.
