Responsibilities:

• Manage partnerships and build strong, long-term relationships and maintain frequent contact with partners;
• Scale the affiliate program by growing existing relationships and discovering new partnership opportunities;
• Reviews and improves existing deals with the purpose of ROI maximization;
• Negotiate and optimize each partnership to ensure business objectives and targets are met;
• Monitor and analyze performance daily, as well as provide weekly business updates.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English;
• Fluent in French;
• Strong verbal and communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and hit deadlines;
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical background.
