Currently, we are looking for a Scrum Master, whose task would be the constant improvement of the process of the development. You will be in charge of advocating and promoting Agile values and principles in teams and in charge of the development of the product.

You will receive support from our Head Of Engineering, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, we expect you to understand the development processes and have at least two years of experience in the position of Scrum Master.

Your main tasks are:

• Organization of work on SCRUM, assistance to the team and Product Owner.
• Implementation and support of scrum practices.
• Identification of risks and problems.
• Removing obstacles to progress.
• Create a field for discussion and decision-making.
• Act as a coach and facilitator for the team.
• To help the team and the PO in finding optimal solutions.
• Help increase team effectiveness.
• To be a mentor for promoting self regulation among the team.
• To promote the creation of an environment with a high level of trust if necessary, participate in improving communication between teams.

We will be glad to have a person with leadership qualities on our team, a person who is able to think critically and solve problems, who ensures compliance with the main stages of development and deadlines, who is constantly learning and growing. And also has a set of fan tools for retro, for all occasions :)

Having one or more of the certificates will be an advantage: CSM, A-CSM, PSM, PSM ||, PSPO.
