Requirements:
• at least 1 year of sales experience on Upwork or similar platform;
• understanding of the IT-sphere, outsourcing, technologies and programming languages;
• fluent English and strong written command;
• analytical skills;
• deep understanding of SDLC model for software development;
• understanding of different financial outsourcing models (T&M, Fixed Price, Cost+);
• know how to generate quality leads and find solutions in non-standard situations.
Responsibilities:
• leads searching on Upwork platform (knowledge of the rules);
• providing potential customers with detailed information about company services;
• accomplish sales plans;
• run and manage CRM system with clients base;
• create notifications and follow up clients on a regular basis.
