About the job:

Our team is looking for an Enterprise IT Architect with a key focus on building up our young IT to a scalable and professional business and development IT. The ideal candidate has a proven track record or interest in managing workstations and servers for multiple applications, while typical activities will include strong identity and access management, software administration, device configuration, backup solutions, and other typical IT administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership and develop a strategic target picture for a scalable IT ecosystem (business IT applications, and infrastructure for our developers)
• Be a key advisor in target definition and tool selection, and the key actor during the creation phase
• Create a strong business IT ecosystem, incl. office applications for non-developer users
• Create a secure DevOps IT ecosystem, in close collaboration with developers
• Ensure that the setup remains highly secure (IP protection, cybersecurity, backups)
• Ensure that the setup fosters a culture of productivity, leveraging DevOps best practices
• Be the single point of contact for IT-related activities, incl. creation of the target landscape, but also assessments, maintenance, support on an ongoing basis

Key requirements:

• BSc degree in computer science, or demonstrated track record of comparable achievements
• 1+ year of experience creating or administering software development IT landscapes, including
  
  • server and device management, incl. AWS EC2 instances and Windows devices
  • typical Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, incl. Microsoft, Amazon
  • single sign-on (SSO) or related concepts for dev software, incl. GitHub, AWS S3
• Ability to deal with complex requirements, balancing the need for security and productivity
• Strong can-do attitude, creativity, problem-solving and team player skills
