Опыт работы: 8 — 10 years’ relevant experience in IT network security including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing supervisory responsibilities.

To lead and manage the IT Networks Security activities by:
• Examining network design, architecture, and configurations and adhere to best information security practices.
• Assessing IT network and security architectures as they relate to managing identities and access privileges, delegated administration models, workflow and access control models.
• Managing client and third party relationships.
• Maintaining well-written documents of security risk analyses.
• Collaborating with multiple IT and engineering departments to explore and report on security risk Issues.
Manage the IT Network security team in order to ensure effective provision of IT network support services, as per the defined SLAs to fulfil user requirements.
Network Management
• Manage the first line support of network infrastructure while liaising with vendors for second line support where needed in order to provide optimum network availability and support services in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the business processes.
• Lead the coordination with internal IT teams and third-party vendors in order to ensure that Network management activities are arrived out effectively, in accordance with business requirements.
• Manage and coordinate the installation of network equipment across the bank.
• Manage the implementation of cabling in accordance with the approved CBQ policies and procedures.
• Lead the development of troubleshooting services and workarounds for networking components that face issues in coordination with third-party vendors and other concerned IT teams where required in order to achieve operational capability and business continuity.
• Conduct the routine security monitoring of the network hardware e.g., active network gear, switches, routers, firewall and remote access etc. to facilitate compliance with defined standards.
• Ensure monitoring of various aspects of network connectivity, servers and telephone systems in order to ensure smooth operation and to rectify any problems or incorrect usage in order to ensure continuous network availability.
• Ensure proper network administration e.g. network address assignment, assignment of routing protocols and routing table configuration as well as configuration of the defined and approved authentication and authorization — directory services in network products.
• Participate and test the efficiency of disaster recovery procedures with respect to networks so that they can be reinstated in a timely and integral manner without any loss of data in the event of a disaster scenario.
Vendor Management
• Supervise the vendor staff IT Networks management activities in order to ensure that the work done is in accordance with the SLAs and guidelines agreed between CBQ and the external service providers.
• Supervise and work closely with third-party vendors to enhance CBQ IT network systems for performance, robustness and stability.
• Provide on-site support to vendors on network infrastructure issues / requests in order to facilitate effective system support.
Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices in order to facilitate cost optimization and productivity improvement.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Statements and Reports
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet CBQ and department requirements, policies and standards.
Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment
• Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
Related Assignments
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
