Hello, we looking for a Lead Generation Manager to work with the Upwork platform.
Responsibilities:
— Generation of clients through UpWork.
— Quick response and sending of proposals for vacancies published on Upwork.
— Continuous monitoring of Upwork to find the types of jobs we need.
— Writing issues on Upwork, outgoing/incoming messages.
— First communication with potential clients (presentation of services).
— Conducting communication and fixing agreements regarding calls and meetings with clients.
— Converting potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers.
— Close cooperation with BizDev and Sales Team.
— Keeping statistics and reporting for each lead.
— In the future, there will also be active work with the LinkedIn site.
Our ideal candidate has:
— Commercial experience (outsourcing and outstaffing) in the role of Lead Generation Manager with the Upwork site from 1 year.
— Experience with CRM (preferably Hubspot) from 1 year.
— Understanding the principles of the LinkedIn website.
— Knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques of sales and generation of potential customers.
— Understanding of software development processes and the market for web and mobile technologies.
— Confident command of written English (from Upper-intermediate and above).
— Knowledge of business correspondence, excellent communication and presentation skills.
— Ability to communicate with foreign clients.
— Ability to write quickly.
