— Understanding and experience in the Agile/Lean environments
— Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
— Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
— Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design
— Someone detail-oriented, but also pragmatic
