We are looking for a Head of Digital HR to oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure we use our resources beneficially.
Responsibilities:
- To audit current HR processes
- Plan of improvements
- Fully automation and digitalization of all HR processes using internal software and tools
- Social media and HR Marketing plan developing and following
- HR gamification
- To automate the online employee lifecycle in the company
Skills/Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR in IT
- 1+ years in a leading position
- Technical education and/ or background will be a plus
- Ability to build a clear process and fully automate it with the development team
- Strong knowledge and experience with different Human Resources Management software and tools
- Experience with remote and onsite employees, crowdsourcing
- Social media and marketing practices in HR knowledge
- Openness to new practices and tools
- Logical and digital thinking
