REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years experience as Business Analyst
Strong SQL database query skills
Some experience with Java and software development will be an asset
Experience with web services (SOAP or/and REST)
Experience with Apache Tomcat web server
Experience with windows and Unix/Linux operating systems
Business experience in telecommunications, finance or CRM solutions will be an asset
Strong analytical and Multitasking skills
Educational background in computer science, data processing, engineering or IT
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
Customer-support experience
The ability to work as part of a team
Problem-solving and strategic planning ability
Excellent business insight and understanding
Good at prioritizing and managing own tasks
Past experience as QA or Software Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and troubleshoot existing billing platform, finding and implementing solutions to existing and potential problems.
Design/Write new solutions and features to meet specific business goals and customer needs.
Provide live technical support to customers via web or phone communication.
Create training materials and give verbal training instructions to customers and other staff members, advising them on the best ways to use Rator billing platform and to meet their desired goals and complete tasks.
Document new solutions, outlining areas that need improvement and creating suggestions to streamline application software functions.
Ongoing product, provides an out-of-the box self-care, post & pre-paid real-time platform for mobile telecommunications companies & the machine-to-machine.
