At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects and a track record of successfully completed projects
Experience managing multiple SCRUM teams
Strong understanding of SDLC
Experience in building development teams, hiring and people management

Ability to analyze, document, and effectively communicate business requirements and technical design
Possess effective problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and people management skills
English Upper-intermediate
Certification in Scrum and Agile
