I worked at JetSoftPro as a Capacity Director. I initially joined the company as Head of Recruitment, and shortly after, I was trusted with additional responsibilities, including overseeing two more departments. This allowed me to grow into a cross-functional leadership role and contribute to broader operational areas beyond recruitment.

During my time at JetSoftPro, I was involved in workforce planning, internal mobility, and improving staffing processes across the company. One of the strong points of the company is the absence of micromanagement. You’re given the space to manage departments with a high level of ownership almost as if you’re running your own business unit. That level of trust and autonomy is something I truly appreciated.
