— Ability to manage negotiations regarding multiple projects with various clients simultaneously;
— At least 6 months of experience in IT sales management;
— Experience in communication with the development team, preparation of the project proposals;
— Fluent in English (both speaking and writing);
— Understanding of software development stages (Web and Mobile);
— Experience in working with UpWork, CRM systems, email campaigns;
— Being proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented.

— Establishing the primary relationship with customers, determining their needs, recommending the potential approaches to achieving the clients’ goals;
— Analysis of clients’ requirements, communication through e-mail, Skype and other tools, preparation of the commercial proposal;
— Communication with the development department during the preparation of the commercial proposal;
— Working with agreements, negotiations about the budget, dealing with objections;
— Transferring the project documentation to the PM department.
