Hi! We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with strong expertise in US/EU markets and a deep understanding of modern search optimization approaches, including AI-driven search.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of SEO, Content and Link building strategies
- SEO analysis including back-link analysis, on-page optimization, content analysis, SERM analysis
- Keywords research, analysis and clustering
- Working with search engine algorithm updates and adapting SEO strategy when needed
- Coordination of the work of marketing specialists, copywriters, linkbuilders
- Optimization of content for AI-driven search systems and conversational queries
- Monitoring search visibility and brand presence in AI-generated results
Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- SEO experience at least
2–4 years (US, UK market) - Experienced in all areas of SEO: on-site SEO, off-site SEO optimization, technical SEO
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- A full understanding of the linkbuilding process
- Understanding of content strategies
- Experience in GEO / AIO (Generative Engine Optimization) — optimization of content for AI-driven search systems and chatbot answers
- Deep understanding of EEAT (experience, expertise, authoritativeness, trustworthiness) for Western markets
- Advanced work with microdata / Schema Markup to improve AI and search engine content understanding
- Optimization of content for conversational and long-tail search queries (Conversational Search) for AI-driven results
- Monitoring brand mentions in generative search results and AI answers
- Experience with WordPress and basic HTML
Required SEO Tools Knowledge:
- Ahrefs / Semrush / Similarweb etc
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Keyword clustering tools
- Screaming Frog
- CheckTrust / Netpeak Spider etc
Collaboration Terms:
- Collaboration is conducted via a third-group FOP (self-employed)
- Long-term hourly-based cooperation
