Sales Development Representative (Trainee/Junior)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee/Junior SDR to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain real experience in business development and grow in the IT service industry.

🔍 Requirements:

• Understanding of the IT service model (outsourcing/outstaffing)
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English — both written and spoken
• Familiarity with prospecting tactics and outbound outreach best practices
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for lead generation
• General understanding of sales funnels, business development, and client acquisition
• Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, measure outreach performance, and suggest improvements

🧩 Nice to have:

• Experience working with CRM systems

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Search and engage new leads via LinkedIn and email outreach
• Set up quality meetings and discovery calls with potential clients

• Work schedule is flexible — fixed amount of hours that you need to work per month

• 20 days off per year (10 days every 6 months are charged), unused days do not burn out
