— At least 0,5 year of experience in IT sales management;
— Experience in communication with the development team, preparation of the project proposals;
— Advanced+ level of English (both speaking and writing);
— Understanding of software development stages (Web and Mobile);
— Experience in working with UpWork, CRM systems, email campaigns;
— Being proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented.
— Work schedule is flexible — fixed amount of hours that you need to work per month;
— Ability to work remotely;
— 20 days off per year (10 days every 6 months are charged), unused days do not burn out;
