— At least 0,5 year of experience in IT sales management
— Upper-Intermediate+ level of English (both speaking and writing)
— Experience with LinkedIn/Upwork
— Experience in the business negotiations with English-speaking clients via calls
— Understanding of software development stages (Web and Mobile)
— Experience with CRM softwares
— Experience with Sales Navigator or Snov.io, etc.
— Work schedule is flexible — fixed amount of hours that you need to work per month
— Ability to work remotely
— 20 days off per year (10 days every 6 months are charged), unused days do not burn out
