— At least 2 years’ experience working in cryptocurrency/fintech industry
— At least 5 years’ marketing and/or sales experience in the general business space
— Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
— Excellent people skills, being able to quickly adapt and handle different kinds of people and cater to their personalities
— Detail-oriented, with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities
— Willingness to go on business trips, both locally and internationally
— Fluent/Advanced English is a must

— Identify potential investors and manage the sales cycle to close business deals
— Build a network of relationships across the industry with partners, potential partners, competitors, investors, influencers, and thought leaders
— Maintain strong relationships with existing investors/partners to ensure exceptional service is maintained
— Generate proposals and other documentation to support the sales, on-boarding, and customer service process
— Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and materials
— Conduct competitive market research to refine sales and marketing strategy
— Attend events and social gatherings on behalf of the company
