Demonstrable working experience or BA/BS degree.
Background in B2C marketing preferably in gaming, gambling , financial markets
In-depth knowledge of SMM, Advertising Platforms, Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying, Website Analytics, SEO, Content Marketing .
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

About the role
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for B2C business
Work with and lead other marketing team members and contractors working in office and abroad
Research new ideas and non standard approaches
Find workarounds for regulated marketing restrictions (like spam filtering, gaming ads, etc.)
Be proactive member of the management team able to work and make decisions independently
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Create brand awareness by using SMM and real life events
Crate marketing and re-marketing campaigns and promotions
Create tutorial and educational material to increase clients audience
Measure ROI and KPIs
Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics , provide reports, insights and conclusions
Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Delegate and oversee the work to other teams inside and outside of the company
Assist in creating CRM database of users to extract data driven insights
