Now we are looking for a Junior Treasury Manager to join our team!
Main responsibilities:
- Payments processing, wire transfers execution
- Management of bank cards
- Preparing of payments supporting documents
- Manage cash flow activities (planning, organization & execution) on a daily & monthly basis
- Preparing a daily report on turnover and balances
- Effective management of financial resources
- Correspondence with the banks on various matters
- Supporting cash-management functions (KYC procedures, compliance, limits management, etc.)
- Participating in month closing processes
- Participating in payroll activities
- Refunds and chargebacks management
- Participating active in accounts opening processes
- Interacting with company departments and external partners regarding payments;
- Constantly improve treasury-related business processes (payments, financial control, FX, etc.);
- Ad hoc reports and tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
Skills and experience needed to join the board:
- Higher education (finance, economics, banking)
- 1+ year of experience in a payments/processing/billing manager role
- Understanding of payment systems & card payment methods
- Advanced MS Excel
- English — Intermediate: oral and written, experience of business correspondence and work with contracts
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, solid analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven business conclusions
- Multitasking, ability to streamline operations and to work with the large volume of data
- Self-discipline, ability to work without supervision, under the pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience in FMCG, Big-4, banks, investment companies or a multinational consulting, audit or IT company
- Open minded and innovative team player with passion to drive excellent results.
