Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation/participation in reports preparation (FS, management accounting, P&L, CF, BS, ad-hoc)
- Finance reporting analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting processes participation
- Plan/Fact deviations analysis
- Preparing analytical and presentation materials
- Administrative and project-related costs & fundamental financial metrics analysis and optimization (reconciliation actuals vs. forecast)
- Finance and operational KPIs achievements analysis
- Performance indicators, unit economy calculation
- Analysis of markets, niches, companies, and projects efficiency
- Search and analysis of company potential opportunities
- Identification of the most cost-effective business solutions
- Participation in financial audits
- Improvement of the financial control system, identification of financial risks and opportunities for their mitigation
- Active participation in improving, automating, and optimize business processes, particularly reporting
- Participation in in-house ERP & other systems development, including technical tasks, manual testing
- Deal with Treasury, Legal, Tax, HR, Projects, and other departments/stakeholders on financial matters
- Communication with external partners, including advertising networks, banks, and financial institutions, internal departments over payment terms and key finance questions
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
Skills and experience needed to join the board:
- BS/MS in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Audit or related fields
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in IT company, Big4 or Baker Tilly, BDO, a multinational management consulting and FMCG
- Advanced MS Excel
- Financial Modelling
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to analyze complex issues and make sound business decisions
- Working understanding of IFRS and accounting
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to streamline operations and to work with the large volume of data
- Self-discipline, ability to work without supervision, under the pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Structured thinking, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven business conclusions
- Strong communication and writing skills, ability to convince opponents of the truth of one’s judgments
- Excellent presentation skills
- English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced: oral and written
- Proactivity, result-oriented and hardworking, high ambitions
- Open-minded, change agent, team player.
Would be an advantage:
- PowerPoint, PowerBI, Power Query & Dataflows reporting experience
- International financial qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, etc. (possibly in progress)
- Business intelligence course
