ASO Manager


As a valued member of the Marketing team, your goal will be to take our mobile apps to millions of passionate users around the world, working closely with the UA, Data, Creative, and Product teams to manage and scale our organic traffic users. — Increase organic downloads and conversion rate optimization for the App using methods of ASO;
— Work over ASO strategies based on apps performances, market trends;
— Track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of ASO initiatives;
— Collaborate with the product, creative, UA, and analytics teams to drive quantifiable results;
— Test new ASO practices and hypotheses to increase conversion rates and installs;
— Apply analytical and statistical methods to determine the efficacy of ASO strategies;
— Analyze global trends of competitors’ apps to identify best practices.

— 1-3 years of experience in ASO either on mobile apps or mobile games;
— Good understanding of mobile marketing and KPIs for mobile apps;
— Understand the use and value of upper funnel and lower funnel metrics;
— Familiarity with ASO tools;
— Experienced with A/B testing and data analysis;
— Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills;
— English Upper Intermediate+.
