— Ability to hire, develop and coach a high-performing team of professionals;
— Experience with managing budgets, reporting on results and predicting future impact on the business processes;
— Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through experimentation;
— 2+ years of media buying experience with a strong track record of successful results;
— Experience with launching Adwords, Facebook, Apple Search Ads for mobile apps

— Build and manage an effective user acquisition team to drive new growth across a wide range of our products (mobile and web);
— Use your outstanding management and team building skills to coach and mentor members of your team on best practices for creating, managing, and optimizing acquisition campaigns across all the channels (e.g. Adwords, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, ASA, Snapchat, Tiktok, Pinterest etc);
— Manage and allocate user-acquisition budget and find a balance between driving user growth and experimenting with new channels. You can spend it as you see fit. All we want to see is channels efficiency growth and a decrease of acquisition costs over time;
— Help launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns to your teammates;
— Monitor, measure, and report on campaigns and channel performance;
— Compiling weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics;
— Work with the product team to define various needs for all campaigns.
