— 2+ years of experience in a product/marketing analytics role for Web & Mobile Apps;
— Experience with Excel, BI, and data visualization tools (Tableau);
— Strong SQL knowledge sufficient to build funnels, cohorts, retention on raw data;
— Experience with ETL processes;
— Experience with building an analytical and database infrastructure from the scratch;
— Understanding of users tracking methods — cookies, redirects, utm_ tags, etc.;
— Knowledge of R/Python.
— Experience with API integrations, database, data processing, and transformation.
— Experience with 3rd party product analytics systems (e.g. Amplitude, Facebook Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer)
— Experience with social discovery niche.
— Comfortable office within walking distance of the metro station;

— Build an internal analytics system for web and mobile apps from scratch;
— Providing analytical support for product and marketing teams;
— Generate product’s hypotheses with the aim of increasing activity and monetization metrics;
— Analyze A/B tests, setup and control tracking events, analyze data, generate conclusions;
— Development of a forecast model for users LTV;
— Control the correct work of the entire tracking system;
— Set up automatic reports in Tableau for marketing and product teams;
— Analyzing marketing and traffic quality metrics to reduce the cost of traffic and increase marketing ROI.
