• Excellent spoken and written English — Upper-intermediate (B2) and higher.
• Great communication skills: ability to present complex issues and solutions to mixed audiences where it is necessary to resolve conflicts and complexity by delivering practical and agile solutions.
• Experience in recruiting/staffing/resource planning will be an advantage.
• Understanding of modern IT landscape — major technology stacks, programming languages and frameworks will be a plus.

• Oversee the progress of staffing all open positions across Kharkiv JSS engineering department.
• Ensure that projects are properly provisioned with the right talents to assure timely delivery.
• Liaise with the external vendors to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with many staffing channels (e.g., reserve, recruiting, etc.) to get the right candidates in optimal time frames.
• Take part in project staffing planning, validate vacancies, define achievable schedules.
• Together with PMO Lead be co-responsible for staffing results
• Ensure that all staffing decisions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily staffing reports and providing weekly updates for management.
• Monitor channel productivity and facilitate inter-department collaboration, inform stakeholders with actual status.
• Improve existing staffing and resourcing processes for assigned delivery engagements.
• Document process guidelines, define procedures, and communicate best practices.
• Assist human resources with daily activities as required.

We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to plan and oversee staffing in Jabil. Software Services. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing staffing solutions that comply with Jabil tactical and strategic needs. In cooperation with PMO department you will be tasked with determining staffing needs, assisting with the recruitment contractors, and preparing daily staffing reports.
