We’re looking for Senior IT Recruiter to join Jabil Software Services team.
• 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
• Leading a team of 2 independent recruiters
• Source and recruit candidates using different tools and methods
• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates, attracting highly qualified candidates, moving them through the talent acquisition process
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Experience in direct communication with stakeholders, hiring managers
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Experience of participation in onboarding, recruiting strategy development
• Work with databases, recruiting tools, different search methods
• Monitoring and analysis of the IT market
• Build strong long-lasting relationships both with stakeholders and candidates
• Upper-intermediate English

The IoT reference platform is developed for standardized control boards that support specific GPIO, display, audio, and other peripherals.
