This role will define and execute the strategy to create a state of the art Business Analyst community within the IT organization which includes defining the used methodology, processes and templates as well as train the existing employees.
· Define a comprehensive skillset needed in a BA role
· Assess existing Business Analyst capabilities in the organization
· Guide IT leadership team in selecting the right methodology and tailor it to the specific needs of the organization
· Define plan to bridge the gap between the as-is and to-be state
· Create a Business Analyst handbook including templates and examples
· Prepare training packs for different IT roles interacting with Business Analysts (Project Managers, IT Managers, Developers)
· Train BAs globally on Business Analyst practices based on selected methodology
· Coach and mentor the team members located across the globe
· Onboard new BAs in the organization
· Perform quality control activities on BA work in critical projects
· Help leading requirement gathering workshops as necessary
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analyst role
· Proven track record in implementing BA methodology in a large organization
· Professional BA Certification (BABoK, PMI-PBA)
· Extensive experience in Waterfall and Agile environments
· Excellent training and mentoring skills
· Structured, process driven, pragmatic problem solver approach
· Good understanding of software development lifecycle
· Good influencing and communication skills
· Experience with working in a multicultural environment
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
· Fluent in English
· ITIL Foundations Certification
· Agile certification
