BI Team Lead

As a BI Analyst Team Lead at Ixilix, you will oversee the BI team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data analysis and reporting.

You will guide the team in deriving actionable insights from data to support strategic decision-making, enhancing our marketing, operations, and overall business performance.

Job description:

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional growth opportunities.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the preparation and delivery of comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Strategic Data Utilization: Collaborate with various departments (like Finance Department and others) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions that support business goals.
• Project Management: Manage BI projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet stakeholders’ requirements.
• Tool and System Management: Evaluate, select, and implement BI tools and systems. Ensure the team is proficient in using these tools.
• Data Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce standards and processes for data management, ensuring data integrity and quality across all systems.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of BI processes.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  — 4+ years of proven and demonstrable experience as a BI analyst, and at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  — Extensive experience with Tableau.
• Skills & abilities:
  — In-depth understanding of data analytics and business intelligence best practices.
  — Proficient in SQL and other data query languages.
  — Strong leadership and team management skills.
  — Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  — Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  — Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  — English B2+.

Would be a plus: Experience in iGaming domen.
