As an Account Manager at Ixilix, you will play a central role in driving customer satisfaction, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and reporting. Forecast monthly revenue targets for your projects and set goals and objectives. Oversee and report performance weekly. Contribute to preparing monthly and quarterly reports, giving precise information on the customer’s performance, activities, plans, and other relevant information.
- Project Management. Take full responsibility for customer relationships, serving as the interface between the company and clients. Implement customer account plans and marketing activities (top lobby, etc.). Communicate project performance and efficiency to partners. Support the timely and successful delivery of gaming solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
- Manage Accounts receivable. Collaborate and communicate with the company’s and partners’ financial teams to ensure timely invoice closing and receipt of monthly payments by the deadline.
- Data Analytics and Insight Generation. Analyse data related to your projects and conclude the data to improve performance and product. Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders and gather their input and feedback.
- Business Development. Plan, actively participate in, and report the outcomes of major exhibitions and conferences.
- Stakeholder engagement. Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders through daily work and informal communication at conferences, business trips, special events, and personalized client interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry as an Account Manager and others relevant to the role.
- Experienced to manage multiple customers at the same time.
- Experienced in working with analytical tools (Tableau, etc.)
- Skills & abilities:
- Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic and structured with a high degree of discipline and initiative-taking.
- Attention to detail by catching errors early or preventing them altogether.
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills in and outside the organization.
- Upper intermediate/Advanced English.
