About project:
— The project is a gaming solution that consists of multiple components such as frontend, backend, and other services.
Your future team:
— PM, BackEnd developers (C++), QA team, AQA team, Frontend developers (JavaScript).
Requirements:
- 4+ years of practical testing experience: Deep understanding of testing processes, types of testing (functional, regression, integration, load testing, etc.), and their practical application
- 2+ years of experience in managing a testing team: Experience in leading a team, ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
- Knowledge of QA processes: Ability to create and improve QA processes to ensure high product quality
- Understanding and applying strategies for investigation, troubleshooting, and problem localization: Experience in finding, analyzing, and resolving defects
- Skills in developing and maintaining comprehensive test documentation: Ability to create test plans, test cases, defect reports, etc.
- Initiative and proactivity: Ability to independently find solutions and suggest improvements
- Ability to learn quickly and desire for continuous improvement: Constant development of professional skills and learning new technologies
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different team members and departments
- Experience in API testing: Working with API testing tools (Postman, Fiddler, etc.)
- Experience in GameDev\Gambling, testing slots etc
- Understanding of JSON, XML formats: Ability to work with these data formats
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Linux command line: Ability to perform basic queries and work with the command line
- Experience in UI testing: Checking the user interface for compliance with requirements
- Experience in developing and updating test scripts and test plans: Ability to adapt test documentation to project changes
- Experience in managing tasks and defects using Jira (or similar tools): Organizing and prioritizing tasks, effective use of tracking systems
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC (software development lifecycle): Understanding the principles of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong understanding of fundamental test processes: Knowledge of the main principles and approaches to testing

Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the testing department: Organizing and coordinating the work of the testing team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Creating general test documentation (strategy, standards): Developing and maintaining documentation that regulates testing processes, standards, and methodologies
- Taking part in roadmap planning and estimations: Collaborating with management and other departments to prioritize and plan product development
- Task assignment and prioritization for subordinates: Distributing tasks among team members, setting priorities, and monitoring task execution
- Ensuring interim and final control of tasks assigned to the department: Monitoring progress, identifying issues, and ensuring timely task completion
- Planning the work of the department for the week, month, quarter, and year: Developing and implementing plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals
- Preparing reports on the work done for the week, month, quarter, and year: Compiling reports to evaluate the department’s performance and achievement of goals
- Creating and executing test cases/checklists: Developing test scenarios and executing them to verify product functionality
- Functional backend testing: Testing the server-side of the software to ensure it meets requirements
- Functional front-end testing: Testing the user interface to ensure usability and correct operation
- Executing manual regression tests: Checking the software after changes to ensure no new bugs have been introduced
- Executing functional and non-functional testing: Comprehensive testing of the product, including performance, security, and other aspects
- Reviewing test cases: Assessing and evaluating the quality of test scenarios created by team members
- Reporting defects and test results: Documenting found defects and the results of the tests performed
- Following the QA process: Adhering to standard quality assurance procedures and maintaining high testing standards
