— 5+ years of experience in web testing and mobile app testing;
— 2+ years of experience in managing QA teams;
— Experience in root cause analysis;
— Experience in managing tasks and defects using Jira;
— Advanced level of using testing tools (Charles, Fiddler, etc.);
— Experience in test documentation organizing tools (Testrail);
— Ability to setup automation framework and maintain jobs using CI tools;
— Understanding of JSON, XML; experience with testing APIs;
— Deep understanding of BDD/TDD/ATDD methodologies and QA best practices across the SDLC;
— Excellent oral and written communication skills;
— Good level of written and spoken English.

— 2+ years in a QA Automation role;
— Experience with testing of complex back-end systems;
— Understanding of risk evaluation and mitigation techniques;
— Experience working with AWS;
— Possession of leadership skills.

— Create common testing framework within products;
— Determine the testing strategies;
— Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team;
— Control of risks, their planning and avoidance in work;
— Develop test plan;
— Review test cases;
