— 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills
— Strong written and spoken English skills
— Innovative, demonstrated experience applying leading recruitment practices. Keeping up with trends
— Enthusiasm and energy to evolve with a best-in-class global talent acquisition function
— Strong experience sourcing candidates through various platforms including recruiting databases, social media, online job postings and referrals
— Experience with ATS systems
— Avid networker who enjoys building long-term relationships with candidates
— Strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills. Ability to interact with all levels
— Proactive communication and problem solving
— Professional, accountable, high-energy and collaborative team player
— Must be detail oriented, especially when submitting reports, reviewing applications, references and resumes
— Team player, comfortable with ambiguity, and desire to adapt quickly, be highly flexible, and work in a fast-paced work environment

Обязанности

— Partner with management and department heads on recruiting initiatives that support the needs of the business unit
— Maintain focus on providing excellent customer service to our internal clients, hiring managers, and build relationships with them to identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions
— Participate in the creation and upholding of best practice recruiting policies, practices and systems which help attract high quality employees, support business priorities and promote competitive advantage
— Ensuring and maintaining the integrity and quality of the recruitment efforts including candidate selection and interview process
— Support global teams in EU and North America
— Collaborate with global team to develop recruiting strategies, understand talent movement and demand in the market
— Work with outside vendors as appropriate
— Maintain recruiting reports and provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruiting status of each position
— Lead full cycle recruiting, from planning, sourcing, assessing, through hiring
— Source candidates via applicant tracking system, job boards, search engines, social networks
— Fulfill open requisitions with timely and cost effective methods
— Know iX.co’s business and our competitors. Establish yourself as the subject matter expert on the industry and talent
— Have a thorough understanding of technical roles
— Understand current and future talent needs. Anticipate future trends
— Ensure ongoing engagement of active and passive quality candidate talent pipeline, both internally and externally, to support immediate and long-term needs. Externally, this may include networking, engaging via social media, or organizing events. Internally, active participation in talent cultivations of employee referrals
— Continuous improvement against our core metrics which include quality of hire, cost per hires, employees
— Maintain records and files, ensuring recruiting practices are in compliance
— Maintain solid industry awareness and in terms of hiring trends, competitive intelligence as well as compensation trends and challenges
— Coordinating on-boarding processes including: account setup, conducting new-hire orientation, collecting/processing of all required new-hire paperwork
— Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
— Manage and support special projects related to recruiting for continued improvement
— Partner with internal teams to build digital recruitment campaigns for iX.co, including researching and developing content for social media sites, search optimization, and others
— Assist in developing and/or maintaining the company’s employer brand and employee value proposition, communication both through traditional, social media, and mobile channels
