We are looking for a Technical Writer who will successfully create, manage, and maintain internal and external technical documentation and guides around iX Products.

— 1+ years professional experience writing software documentation from technical specifications, discussions with developers and editing existing developer-written content
— ability to write clear, concise with proper grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
— ability to develop a solid understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
— ability to work with autonomy, defining and leading key initiatives around product documentation and communication
— familiarity with modern web development, web services, APIs, general developer tools (Git, Jira/Confluence) and ability to understand code concepts and translate them to technical documentation
— knowledge of programming & software testing

What you will be working on:
— Write developer-facing documentation and guides for developing products and APIs
— Independently gather information from subject matter experts to create user guides, integration guides, Developer Guides, and API documentation
— Write external announcements for clients and marketing for new features and initiatives
— Establish writing standards and best practices for unifying and scaling our documentation
— Create a long-term content strategy, organize documentation to facilitate the sharing of information between our development teams
